Jiayu Bridge

Jiayu Bridge is a river-crossing passage connecting Jingzhou City and Xianning City in Hubei Province, China. Located in the Jiayu to Honghu Yanwo reach of the Middle Yangtze River, it is an integral part of the Xiantao-Honghu Expressway (Hubei Provincial Expressway S78). As an important river-crossing passage planned for the Yangtze River Economic Belt, it is a key hub project of the Wuhan Metropolitan Area Ring Expressway. The main bridge adopts a span arrangement of (300+920+430) meters and is currently the world's longest-span asymmetric mixed girder cable-stayed bridge.

The bridge was opened to traffic and operation in November 2019, with 4 sets of conventional viscous dampers and 4 sets of viscous dampers with incremental launching closure control function applied. The models and parameters are as follows:
